According to the official documentation available online Glance offers the same level of security your email account offers. That is: none.

The data transferred through Glance are compressed, which makes it slightly more difficult for a hacker to intercept it.
Still, Glance Networks advises: "If you need to show and discuss sensitive information that should not exit your secure corporate network, then you should use a secure email network and an internal phone system instead of Glance. "

Note to buyers:
If security is one of your key priorities you may want to look into an emerging Glance-competitor: Netviewer.
