Moderator ControlsRecording Main Participant Controls There are really no moderator controls available in Glance outside of the availability for the presenter to hide the presentation screen at any time during a session, along with the ability to start and terminate an online meeting.
The "Settings" facility allows the session presenter to preserve the password that is required to initiate online sessions. When this is done, only two mouse clicks on the Glance system tray icon are required to start a session; everything else is done automatically. An information box is displayed on-screen with the reference information needed to invite other participants into the live session. This includes the URL of your Glance session and the 4-digit session key that is required to access the new session.
