1. Sign up with ezWebcar at:
   http://www.ezwebcar.com/signup.asp
2. Download ezWebcar (less than 500 KB) at:
   http://www.ezwebcar.com/ezWebcarSetup.asp
3. Enter your ezWebcar userid and password in the vertical control pane to log into ezWebcar and start browsing.
