RecordingAnnotation Features - WhiteBoard Main Moderator Controls ezWebTour is a collection of Web pages selected and put together in a specific sequence. ezWebTour presents these pages to the viewer exactly in the order that the creator intended. The recording of an ezWebTour includes the URLs to the live pages and NOT the actual content of those pages. (That is, if the pages change their content, so they will inside the tour, which navigates "live" the URLs that have been recorded). In summary ezWebTour is devoted to recording sequences of Web pages that can be then shared and published under one unique Web link. Any co-browsing session can be saved as a WebTour and made available for later use by any number of future users. To create a new WebTour the presenter needs to click on Webtours on the left control panel and then she needs to choose the category in which to place the new Webtour.
Once identified the appropriate category in which to place the WebTour the presenter can click on "Create New WebTour" and provide the basic information requested including the option of making the WebTour private or public, the option to list in the directory and the names of the users that will be allowed to modify it.
Private WebTours will also be accessible at a later time for viewing by clicking on the category "My Webtours" inside the main Webtours page. At this point one can either start navigating and recording "live" each Web page being visited or one can discretely navigate to specific Web pages and, only when needed, one can click on the "Add Page" button to record any specific Web page inside the newly created WebTour.
The whole WebTour is completely editable in a highly accessible Web page format. The author of the WebTour can see a list of all the pages/URLs included in a WebTour and can then modify, delete and add new Web pages at will.
Once the process is completed the WebTour can be published in the ezWebcar public directory, or kept private with limited access to selected contacts. Its URL can be shared with others and sent via email for review from within ezWebcar.
The creation, editing and publication of WebTours is extremely effective, well designed and easy to use.
