- When a meeting starts all participants get access to the presenter desktop and to all applications open on the presenters PC. Care must be taken to organize meeting "choreography" in detail to avoid poor showings.
- Overall use of integrated functionalities is not totally intuitive and user friendly. Once the user is given a few indications on how to activate the few different core functions, everything becomes easy.
- Attendees have no means to provide feedback outside of the text chat window.
- Live annotation tools are a bit limited in scope and somewhat awkard to use.
