Participant Controls

Each participant has a set of controls to facilitate interaction and ability to capture and retain the content being shown. A set of small icons placed on top of the eBLVD client window (the window on attendees PCs) allow for easy copying and pasting of information being presented on the participant PC. The opposite operation is possible as well; pasting from the participant PC to the presenter machine. Files can also be copied and pasted from Windows Explorer.

Further controls include:

the ability to start a text chat with the presenter/moderator
the ability to resize the desktop of the presenter to fit the participant screen size
the ability to manually refresh the display

A "Low Speed Connection" option button allows users on a dial-up line or on any other slow connection to limit the number of times the host can update their screens.

Participants can also record a session which is then stored on their local PC hard disk as a standard .avi file.
