Several controls and facilities are available to the eBLVD meeting HOST through two main controls:

a) The Meeting Manager

b) The system tray eBLVD control menu.

The presenter or meeting host can block selected users from accessing the meeting or the host machine.

The meeting HOST or moderator can change the level of access or disconnect selectively anyone participant in an online meeting by simply right clicking the eBLVD icon in the system tray and selecting the user to affect.

The meeting HOST can also grant access rights to each individual participant by clicking on the "mouse" and "clipboard" icons appearing in the participants list panel.

N.B.: On Windows XP and Windows XP Professional, you will need to "Switch to Classic View" to be able to access the eBLVD Control Panel normally accessible by right-clicking on the eBLVD icon in the system tray.
