File SharingRemote Control Main Annotation Features - WhiteBoard Basic copying and transfer of files, images and text can be easily executed in eBLVD by utilizing the familiar copy and paste icons that appear on the main toolbar of the eBLVD client window.
Alternatively the file and clipboard transfer functions can be activated by right clicking on any attendee's name inside the Meeting Manager.
Once a meeting participant has been enabled to use this functionality, she can easily select a file or a document appearing on the presenter screen and copy and paste it to her own local PC wihtout needing to learn a new procedure or having to fire up a separate dedicated file transfer tool (e.g.: GoToMyPC). As soon as a file or document is selected and the "copy" icon is pressed on the eBLVD client window toolbar, eBLVD prompts the user on where to save the file/document.
This approach makes file transfer very easy and effective while meeting other users online.
