Event ManagementPolling Main Cross-Platform Compatibility eBLVD integrates a full Web-based facility to manage online meetings and presentations. It is possible to add contacts and to invite by email selected participants as well as setting up different meetings providing a title, a description and a brief agenda for each. The event management facilities are well designed and provide a good set of options and alternatives to easily set-up a meeting immediately and to schedule future meetings.
Events scheduled in eBLVD Online Meetings can be reflected in Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes calendars by way of an integrated function. The presenter can invite participants via email to join a meeting. The email contains a unique link to the meeting and, optionally, also an access code. The host always needs to access the Web-based event management center to invite other attendees into a session. It is not possible to invite a new participant from within a session and with the meeting tools available.
