Ease of AccessSetup - Installation Main Customer Support eBLVD offers good value when it comes to ease of access. Especially for participants, the route to attend an eBLVD-powered live session is very smooth. The meeting presenter needs to first install eBLVD software on his PC, through a simple and straightforward setup procedure. After registering with the eBLVD service, any user can become a presenter/moderator or in eBLVD terminology a "meeting HOST " (one who creates an eBLVD meeting). You can then invite remote ATTENDEES. "Meeting HOSTs" must initially install a so-called Host Applet after signing in to eBLVD.com. ATTENDEEs are not required to sign up with eBLVD.com, nor do they require any software to be installed on their PC. When the presenter/moderator creates a new online meeting she can choose between two different ways in which attendees will be able to access the event: Option 1 - Via Web Browser. Participants will "sign in" with username and password that the presenter/moderator will specify. In addition each and every participant will "ask permission" to join your meeting after signing in.
Participants will attend the online meeting by clicking on a unique link that they will find in their email invitation. When "Access Code" is specified by the host as an active option, participants will also need to provide such code to enter the meeting (they will also receive the code by email).
