Annotation Features - WhiteBoard

eBLVD provides two simple and integrated live annotation functions consisting of a mark-up pen with different line widths and a highlighter. These tools can be invoked directly from the Meeting Manager standard menus.

Once the annotation feature has been activated the cursor changes into a felt-pen highlighting tool and one can immediately start highlighting or marking up the content being presented.

To change the annotation tool settings one must right-click with the mouse to access a simple contextual menu.

A nice feature available to all Online Meeting participants is the ability to take a screenshot of the content being "shared" by selecting the appropriate button on the eBLVD client window. Through this feature a screen image can be saved in .bmp format and then opened in the whiteboard for collaboration and sharing work.
