Setup - Installation

Installation and setup of Convoq ASAP are very straightforward.

A Setup Wizard guides the user step-by-step during the initial installation. The end user needs only to select where to install the application and accept to install all components or only some of the available ones. Optional additions are the PowerPoint to Flash converter and support for the IBM/Lotus Sametime instant messaging system.

When you start ASAP for the first time, it displays the New User Wizard so you can specify/verify your personal information and connect ASAP with your instant messaging system(s).

Here are some note of cautions to consider when installing ASAP:

Disconnect from all instant messaging systems

Close all running applications before installing ASAP

Verify that the most recent version of Flash is installed on your computer by clicking on the following link: Macromedia Flash Player Version Test.
