Participant ControlsModerator Controls Main Polling A good set of controls allows invitees in an ASAP meeting to have great control over collaboration tools, communications and providing feedback to the presenter/moderator. The person who initiates an ASAP meeting is the "owner" of the meeting. If fewer than eight people are invited to a meeting, it will be unmoderated by default, although the owner has initial Moderator privileges. A meeting is considered to be moderated when the presenter/moderator is in control of giving the control of the microphone and podium to individual participants. Inside the ASAP Meeting Console attendees can easily signal their desire to speak by clicking on the Hand Raising button above the chat area or by utilizing an innovative set of Sound Emoticons.
During the delivery of a presentation participants can select viewing modes and, if authorized by the presenter, can also contribute to live annotate the material being showcased. In such situation the participants can utilize an innovative tool integrated in ASAP: the Shared Cursor, which allows multiple users to utilize this pointer to indicate items on the display while showing the name of the person "driving" it in real time to all other participants.
