Convoq ASAP is an ideal collaboration and conferencing technology that can be used in many different types of applications. Its key strengths are its Web-based character, its strong interoperability with major IM networks, audio and video conferencing capabilities and a high quality PowerPoint presentation facility.

- Full interoperability with Yahoo Messenger, AOL IM, MSN, Lotus SameTime, Microsoft Live Communication Server. It automatically detects your ID on any of these networks and can automatically import your list of friends.

Even users that do not have a full license or who have not yet installed Convoq ASAP can participate in an ASAP-based live session. A non-licensed user can participate in an ASAP meeting as long as the user has the Macromedia Flash Player installed on her system. Meeting invitations are received as simple URLs which need only to be clicked to enter a meeting; other requirements are only a browser with Macromedia's Flash player installed.
- VoIP and video. ASAP leverages the latest Flash Communication Server technology to provide full VoIP to all participants in a meeting as well as video capabilities for a maximum of two simultaneous feeds at a time. Audio quality is very good. Video quality is also quite good, especially if the video window is kept at its smallest size.
- Convocation management. Sending invitations, and gathering people to meet online even if they are not available yet is one of Convoq ASAP key strengths. With its Meet ASAP function the system notifies and tracks all of the users you have selected to invite until they are all available to meet. At that point ASAP notifies you and facilitates the immediate start of a virtual meeting.
- Cross-platform compatibility for ASAP meeting attendees. Convoq ASAP fully supports users on PCs, Macs, Linux and Sun OS operating systems and both Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers are supported for both presenters and attendees.
- ASAP makes it very easy for the end user to connect and invite other contacts, partners and wor mates; adding them to the system is very easy and as mentioned invitees need not to have the application installed to participate in an ASAP live meeting.
- Help and documentation are absolutey first rate and offer a great range of options to get oneself familiar with the tool or to learn new functions on your own. A set of well prepared short video tutorials complements a rich knowledgebase and complete set of documentation areas available online.
- Live markup and annotation tools complement a superior quality PowerPoint presentation facility while providing a uniquely effective shared pointer, a highlighter and other typical annotation tools as arrows and text. Both the presenter and the attendees can annotate the content being showcased collaboratively.
- Multiple simultaneous meetings. ASAP allows multiple separate live meetings to be active and allows any licensed user to be a full participant or presenter in any of them. Convoq suggests for now not to exit a maximum of two simultaneous meetings.
