Web-Touring - Co-BrowsingPowerPoint Presentation Facilities Main Text Chat Conferral does integrate a non-traditional co-browsing facility. The facility allows for the pushing of individual web pages to the meeting attendees. To do so the presenter needs to use the Show Web Link feature which opens a browser window on the attendees desktop to show the contents of any web accessible URL (web page, audio/video file, pdf file, etc.).
The presenter can optionally select whether to show the selected URL on her screen as well or not by using the optional check box below the URL box in the Show Web Link dialog box.
