SecurityCustomer Support Main System Requirements Conferral content is always encrypted by default during live meetings. Industry-standard SSL with 128-bit AES encryption is available (as an option via the Preferences screen) to increase security data transfer.
Conferral content is also access-controlled and recipients can only gain access to Conferral by clicking on a valid link. The links are encrypted with information about what files or what conference the recipient is allowed to access. Those who attempt to gain access with an invalid link are not granted access. All attempts to access Conferral are logged with success or failure. At any time you wish, you can expire a link thereby revoking access. To protect your privacy Conferral usernames and passwords are not stored on any public servers. Furthermore, Conferral does not allow execution of any software applications or scripts. For security purposes you cannot access files that are not located in the Remote Access Files folder or subfolders. General direct access to hard drive contents is strictly prohibited by Conferral. If you wish to use Conferral to access files remotely, they must first be moved or copied into the Remote Access Files area. The use of Conferral can be restricted through administrative policies, if needed.
