Remote ControlDesktop - Application Sharing Main File Sharing Conferral integrates a simple and easy-to-use remote control facility which allows the presenter to hand-out control of her screen to any of the live meeting attendees. To allow an attendee to take control of the presenter screen or of the specific shared application the presenter needs to:
Only one attendee at a time can be given remote control of the presenter screen.
Remote Control is also accessible via the Revise Live facility accessible from the contextual menus that Conferral places within Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. To use the feature the presenter needs to select Revise Live from the Confer Menu appearing within those applications. After Conferral will have prompted you to close all "sensitive" document windows you do not want to be shown publicly, you will be offered the option of addressing a ready made email message to invite your meeting partner(s) to join in your live editing session. Once the attendee has joined you online you can enable co-editing by double-clicking on the attendee name in the Attendee List. The two-way icon indicating that remote control of your keyboard and mouse has been given out to your selected attendee will appear next to the name of the person who can start editing the document you are showing. On the selected attendee's screen in fact, the attendee will see a 'Take Control' button on the blue Conferral menu bar. When the attendee clicks on the button, keyboard/mouse control is given to the attendee.
