Conferral allows the scheduling of online meetings via a dedicated facility accessible from the Conferral system tray icon as well as from the main Conferral Conference Center interface.

The Schedule Conference dialog box is extremely simple and easy to work with. The host needs only to input the title for the event and set a date and time for it.

An integrated calendar makes it very easy to select future dates.

The Schedule Conference facility allow the host to set a date, time and expected duration for any number of future meetings. The host can also add conference call references and general information about the event in two reserved input fields.

As soon as the host completes filling out the above information an email message is automatically opened by Conferral pre-filled with all of the information needed to send out matching invitations.
