Customer SupportSetup - Installation Main Security Conferral provides more than adequate customer support via the use of an integrated help system, a quick start collection of mini-articles and four ways to access and receive direct Conferral customer support. The Help menus can be accessed via the Microsoft S Office Confer menu, the Conferral application, and via the Conferral Conference Control. Email support is also available with Conferral claiming fast turnaround time for those living in North America (typically less than 1 hour). The Conferral telephone based support is reachable at 001-800-847-1521 x400. Additionally, there is an error reporting diagnostic tool that is automatically installed on the host/presenter PC and which can be used to collect technical information from the host PC to provide it back to Conferral technical support. This tool is accessible via the Windows Start menu (Start>All Programs>Conferral>Send Error Report). The Conferral’s customer support section of the main website is accessible here: www.conferral.com/support.html.
