- Centra eMeeting does not support "classical" Web Touring, which may be a disadvantage in some cases. (However, Centra offers two alternative modes of synchronized web surfing which have their own advantages in other cases.)
- Text in the text chat window cannot be formatted.
- No video conferencing facility is available.
