The presenter can open the microphone for attendees and can allow up to four attendees to speak simultaneously.
While the event management facilities are sophisticated per se, integration with Microsoft Outlook allows for perfect meeting management.
PowerPoint presentations preserve animations, special effects and multimedia contents when they are imported.
