Ease of AccessSetup - Installation Main Customer Support Participants can attend a live session without needing to download any specific software or being required to install any plug-in. A thin client is downloaded transparently and the user can immediately access the live session. If participants receive an email invitation to a meeting, they can enter the meeting by simply clicking on a URL in an email invitation or their own desktop calendar such as Outlook, Schedule+. If the meeting host provides a meeting ID, participants have to go to the Log In page, click Attend a Meeting and enter the meeting ID. Registered users can log in and attend a meeting directly from the Reservation Calendar, which displays all of the meetings they are invited to and the ones they have created themselves. Participants click "Attend", whereas meeting leaders click "Lead". Centra eMeeting supports 13 languages allowing users to log in and participate in live meeting sessions in their preferred language.
