Centra eMeeting is one of several different products developed and marketed by Centra to support live e-learning, online meeting and web conferencing. Centra eMeeting is probably one of the most rounded, well designed and complete online web conferencing and presentation services that one can find today.

Centra eMeeting provides an Agenda where you can upload and store your meeting contents. Annotation Tools are available for everyone to mark PowerPoint presentations and to draw on a whiteboard. You are able to share your applications with your meeting participants and you can allow them to edit your documents. You can also take your guests on a Web Tour (Web Safari).

Participants can view shared documents, Web sites, presentations, applications and whiteboard sketches through the main Media Window (which is the central large pane in the Centra main interface).

Centra allows you to create and deploy a survey in your meeting. Audio conferencing, text chat and feedback indicators are available to facilitate communication among meeting participants.

Meeting management is very well supported by a sophisticated event management facility, which allows for integration with Microsoft Outlook.

Despite the overall high quality and integration, there are still areas where improvements could be made to fully justify the price of Centra eMeeting.
