Cata is an online service that is extremely easy to use.

Cata has good presentation and application sharing features.

It does not integrate voice functions but offers its North American customers the integration of a traditional phone conferencing service. Toll free or paid call in numbers can be provided to participants, but the providers are specialized in servicing only the US and Canadian markets.

The Cata interface is simple and straightforward and it integrates a whiteboard area, an attendees list and a set of control buttons to activate the different Web conferencing facilities.

On the top left part of the screen a set of annotation tools is always available.

The interface of Cata is very simple and is extremely simple to use. Polls are well supported and a remote control feature allows the presenter to hand out control over any application to other participants.
