Podcast Empire

http://www.podcastempire.com/
Podcast Empire is a podcast and podcasting directory with resources, articles, forums and news for podcasters. The site has over 1100 podcasts in its directory sorted by category. The home page lists the five favorite, five newest and five random podcasts. From within the site's pages, you can view a longer list of popular podcasts by clicking on "What's Popular" from the menu. "What's Cool" also appears in the menu, but it's not clear how it's different from the popular list.
The search tool lets you search within a category and select "or," "and," or "phrase." The podcast listings display the title, link, link to view episodes or get the RSS feed, number of site reviews, a brief description, added date, last updated date, category and hits. The site also has a blog and news.

Feeds2Read.Net

http://feeds2read.net/
Feeds2Read is a feed search engine and RSS directory with feeds sorted into five categories: computer, media, miscellaneous, news, and programming. Each category has subcategories and clicking on one displays 10 feeds per page at a time. You can sort them by date, URL and language. Every entry contains a title, short description, URL, copyright, date added, language and the feed link.
The "site logo" — an icon of a house — provides all the feeds from the site as many sites offer multiple feeds to different types of content. If you have a Web site, you can fetch the feed from within an entry by clicking on the globe icon. Here you can modify the colors to match your site or your preference and then copy and paste the code to your Web site. The Try Custom Feed feature gives you the opportunity to enter a feed's URL, submit it and read it.
While Feeds2Read doesn't have a separate category for podcasts, you can submit your podcast feed here: http://feeds2read.net/Suggest-A-Feed.
Just enter your feed's URL, language, subcategory, and an optional description. To find podcasts, just use the site's search box.

Its Tools page lists podcasting blogs and information, recording software, audio production equipment, podcasting forums and other related information.
You can search the podcast directory by keyword, category, title or description or browse through the most recent additions list, the top-rated podcasts or the list of categories. podcasts.feedster.com

http://podcasts.feedster.com/
podcasts.feedster.com is Feedster's podcast directory where you can search for podcasts by show or episode. If you see a Podcast icon (purple) while reviewing Feedster search results, it indicates the entry is a podcast. Enter the keyword to search for and select whether you want to search by Shows or Episodes. Here is an explanation of what the icons on result pages mean.
Click the icon next to the entry to get more information about the podcast. If you click the link stead, it takes you straight to the podcast's Web site. The podcast description page provides subscription links, information about the author and episode summaries.
Feedster lets you control how your feeds are displayed after you've claimed them. This includes adding a photo or logo next to your entries, titles, descriptions and contact information that appear on the feed information pages. To claim your feed requires free registration. If you already have a Feedster account, it works here.
