A well updated and comprehensive directory of Podcasts. You can search for news and have access to a Wiki page that you can personalize with your links and a directory of categories. There are guidelines about podcasting in the "Terminology" and "Notes" sections.

Digital Podcast is a podcast directory with many categories. To find new podcasts, browse categories, use the search box or view the alphabetical list of podcasts. You can also browse the list of newest podcasts, favorite podcasts, podcasts receiving the most votes and podcasts receiving the most visits. The site also features a podcast every week, podcasting news and a forum where users discuss podcasting.
Developers may want to check out its Digital Podcast Search Service, a Web service API that lets you build Digital Podcast directly into your own applications. The tool can do podcast directory searches by relevance, listener subscription rate, ratings, visits, total user votes and date added. The service returns results in OPML and RSS formats. Podcast.net is a directory of podcasts sorted by many categories. You can also browse podcasts by tags, top tags, featured podcasts and recently added podcasts. If you prefer, use the search box and have it search by title & description, keywords, location, host or episodes. Visitors can suggest a category by clicking on the orange "suggest a category" button from within the category listings.
The category's podcast list displays the podcasts from newest to oldest, but you can change it to alphabetical. Each entry is a podcast episode with a title, categories, episode information and author. A "play" icon appears for every episode so you can immediately listen to it. Click on a title to get a list of all of its show's episodes and more details including a link to its Web site and feed.
