Using R|mail, you can subscribe to any RSS feed and it's emailed to you. Just copy and paste the feed link into the RSS field and enter your email address. That's it. If you need help finding good feeds, check the Top Feeds list for 100 feeds. Bloggers can add an R|mail icon to their blogs so users just have to click on it and enter their email address to receive your blog's feed by email. It saves a step as your feed is already entered. Here are the instructions on how to do this. It is possible to unsubscribe to a feed and the FAQ explains four ways to do this.

Subscribers are charged £26 a month for a high speed broadband Internet connection with the added attraction of being able to share as much music as they want with other subscribers at no extra cost. Because there are no restrictions on the format in which the traded music is encoded, users are the free to transfer downloaded songs to any type of digital music player they may have (unlike what you can do with iTunes and your iPod) or even burn them directly to CD.
