9) Technical Issues Preventing Site From Having Greater Visibility

Google Webmaster Tools
Outstanding toolkit to analyze site issues and problems that may limit visibility on major search engines as well as excellent data about your site content and visitors preferences. Invaluable.

10) Spread Your Content Reach

uberVU is a web-based service that allows you to publish all of your content including text articles, audio, video and comments from one central dashboard. uberVu is for all of your content what Tubemogul and HeySpread are for your videos. (Thanks to Juan Pablo Lanteri who recommended it to me via one of the best informal marketing tools around: Twitter.)
