Delivering Presentations From Your PDA Or Handheld Computer

"I was wondering if anyone has any experience using a device, like a PDA, instead of a computer to run a PowerPoint presentation and feed it to a plasma screen or projector.

It would be great to have a smaller device to deploy in the field to display a PowerPoint presentation, and not have to drag a laptop with me all the time.

There are several ways to use a handheld computer or PDA to view and deliver PowerPoint presentations.

 

 

Of course the first option, viewing a presentation, is easiest to accomplish, because it 'only' requires one-time installation of the software and transfer of the presentation files onto the handheld.

Delivering PowerPoint presentations is a bit more complicated, because it involves hooking up your handheld to a projector, beamer or presentation screen.
