Training of Trainers: Quick Tips for Online Facilitation
From the excellent work on Training of Trainers completed by Nancy White and the team at the Outreach office of PH Armenia including Anna Martirosyan and Siranush Vardanyan, I have extracted this little pearl. It is a well organized collection of tips and best practices that can be easily implemented by online facilitators, presenters and e-moderators to increase their ability to maintain a high level of attention, interaction and engagement in online live events. This guide is designed to help trainers introduce these new ideas and ways to leaders who can then support their own online initiatives. In the true spirit of collaborative and open learning the Armenian authors open the gates for direct feedback (emails provided here) and even for direct contributions to be added to this work. In my opinion this is an excellent support toolkit that should be immediately adopted by anyone involved in coordinating the effective delivery of live meetings, online courses and most type of web and video conferences. Highly recommended.
