A RSS Newsreader For Everyone: RSSOwl

The owl is a traditional symbol of wisdom, and of a quiet, efficient hunter. RSS ("Really Simple Syndication" or "Rich Site Summary") is a document specification that gives users the power to collect and organize Web-based news and information in a more efficient manner. Applications that collect data from RSS-compliant sites are called RSS newsreaders or "aggregators." RSSOwl is such an RSS newsreader. RSSOwl lets you gather, organize, update, and store information from any RSS-based source while allowing you to save selected information items in various formats (PDF, RTF, HTML) for offline viewing and sharing. RSSOwl is open source, free, fast, fully cross-platform (PC, Mac, Linux), and unobtrusive. It's easy to install, easy to use, and easy to move or remove.
