11) AutoTrace - converts bitmap to vector graphics
The AutoTrace project aims to develop an open source, freely available (under GNU GPL terms) application with functionality similar to CorelTrace or Adobe's defunct Streamline. AutoTrace currently comes with source code and binaries — you have to compile the package for other platforms. After downloading the archive, unpack the distribution and use "make" to compile it. Here are some supported input formats: BMP, TGA, PNM, PPM, PGM, PBM and those supported by ImageMagick. Support export formats include Postscript, svg, xfig, swf, pstoedit, emf, dxf, cgm, mif, p2e and sk. Price: Open source (free)
