The only limitation I found was the integration and usability of the Skylook toolbar that becomes available in Microsoft Outlook, which is not as intuitive and handy as I would have liked it to be.
Other than that my only concern is for Skylook monogamous marriage with Windows and Outlook which is always to be considered an handicap when it comes to real-time online collaboration tools.
