Reality Check

On November 29 2001 I wrote and published a short story entitled:
"Reality fabrication - A dream come true? Which "truth" is true?".

Today a close friend has forwarded me this news coming from the UK:
Police 'may shoot public in nuclear terror attack' by the Telegraph (UK - Filed: 13 May 2003) and made me think again of that story.

Though I resist such paranoid scenarios I find it highly useful to question my assumptions regularly and to run a brief check on how would I see reality, were things to go actually in such a way.
